Shaun “The NIFF” Kniffin is Director of Internet Sales and Business Development for Germain Motor Company, Germain is currently the 21st largest dealer group in the country and a Ward’s Top 15 Internet Dealer for 2007.
He oversees the Business Development Center and Internet Sales Operations for the Columbus region of Germain stores. His BDC staff currently responds to all internet inquiries, conducts the long-term follow-up and works closely with the sales teams for each store on scheduled appointments for their internet guests.
Shaun came to the Germain organization in 2005 to head up internet operations for their 2 Columbus based Lexus stores and recently completed all requirements for Lexus Master Certification, which includes 3-years of continued service, instructor led and online training. In 2007, he went to work with the Germain Corporate team to centralize internet, phone and BDC operations in Columbus.
