Owner Circle (OWN) is designed to help your dealership build and improve customer relationships by communicating with your customers online. Owner Circle enables customers to establish a stronger relationship with your dealership through your own personalized dealership branded home page.
From the password protected home page, customers can conveniently:
- View and update vehicle information.
- View and update customer information.
All of the detail displayed roots from your dealership’s Reynolds DMS system and any changes integrate immediately for enhanced marketing opportunities.
Core to the Owner Circle product is service repair history. The user can view a complete list of all completed repair orders for their vehicles. For each repair order in history, the customer can determine when the work was done and what work was done by viewing the cause, complaint and correction statements. To view repair order status, the dealer will need to have Service Repair Status(SRS). To add or change appointments, the dealer will need to have Online Service Reservation (OSR).
